I am creating a storage dolly using reclaimed low pressure 12 inch tires that have tubes. Wanting to set the tires up so that >>as they sit with a load of plastic totes from year to year in storage the tires DON'T go flat. ???? Is there a compound that one could put in the >>tube tires<< to keep them from going flat? [ ride or softness there of is not a factor since the cart is going to be parked.] Wm.
