Anyway to get a rough measurement of the diameters at each end? If those were jacking bolts there would have to be enough of a flange on the carrier to engage the casing. That would make the outside larger. Conversely, only having two bolts to use for a puller would be a little scary. Why is the paint only on part of the carrier?
