Trying to get my dad�s 1210 working. I got it to start but lots of smoke. Black at first very heavy then white. Still heavy. I pulled the air filter and the smoke subsided considerably. Oil does not seem to have coolant in it. But it has definitely been overfilled. I plan to change the oil and get a new air filter. It does start easily. My experience with Diesel engines is very limited. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
