My email is open. I have 11 Jake built lawn tractors. I'll take some pictures of seats and send pictures to you. The battery is a standard garden tractor battery. It is 12 volt, negative ground. If you are sitting ou your tractor, the posts will be closest to the dash. The left post is negative and has a very short cable bolted to the battery and to the dash. The positive cable goes behind the dash and connects to the system.
