The big nut right behind the idler yoke. The other guy has told you right only other thing is before you go to heating take a wire brush on a grinder and clean clean the threads on the adjust rod. You need it to be bright if possible. As old as it is and as long as it has been maybe you will just have to give up and break the track first. The early t340s had a track master pin that has a small roll pin that can be knocked out then knock out the master pin. After the track is broke you can than slide the complete idler with the pork chops right off the end of the track frame. After that you might be able to get more heat on the nut.
