About a year ago my dairy fierld rep told me about a milk hauler that hooked on a semi tanker at a large dairy farm. The dairy direct filled tankers, and the driver coupled on to one. Unfortunately he hooked on the wrong one... the one they were filling. He pulled the tanker away, and snapped off the hose, and headed to the dairy plant with a tanker leaking milk out the back! Needless to say it was empty when he got there! Doh!!!
You would have thought at least he would have noticed the tanker was getting lighter.
The trucking company's insurance company was lees than thrilled.
