Our 92 Ford F-150 is running rough all of a sudden when at idle or when downshifting at low speeds. WAtch the video to see what I mean. It has a 6 cyl and a 5 speed. No telling how many miles because they little digital odometer doesnt display right. Have owned it since new. It does need a tuneup and exhaust but trying to pinpoint the cause of this rough surging and high idle. Runs good and smooth otherwise until it decides to act up for a few seconds.
