Not sure what you have but bending is not that hard if you have a little extra pipe and some material on hand. If you rim or something of the right diameter. Weld something on to clamp the end of pipe to it. or if lots of extra weld pipe to rim. slip a pipe over it and start going around the rim. rim must be tight to something of course.
filling with sand helps but no nesasary. I have also got it nice and hot,ALMOST red , and that helps if is real thick pipe.
