If so, here are some parts prices, but there will be machine shop work, as in turning the crank, and grinding the valve seats.
And there will always be other routine things you will run across that will only be common sense to replace while you are there, typically the clutch, hoses, radiator, water pump, etc.
Then throw in a few unexpecteds...
I ask if you are DIY, because to find a shop even interested in taking the job will be difficult unless you find someone just looking to tinker. Even then it will likely exceed the value unless it has sentimental value as a family heirloom.
