Does the truck have a 5.7, 7.4 or 6.5?
2000 3500 should be the old body style, the half tons were the newer style halfway through 1999 try looking for a wiring diagram for a 1997 or 1998, lots out there.
Some common problems;
-Fuel pump finally gave up
-ECM B fuse in fuse box under hood can blow when fuel pump electrical draw is high.
-Multifunction/ignition switch can be problematic.
-Security system can get a bad read from ignition and time out, if so wait about 22 minutes key off and it may fire right up.
