Thought I�d post here as the other post is towards the bottom of page two. I�d like to say thanks to all of you that replied to my post about going out on my own. You guys gave a lot of information for me to think about and nothing discouraging about it. To answer some speculations I�m in my early 40s. I have a very nice sized shop to work out of and it is very well equipped with tools. I have health insurance through my wife�s work. I keep track of all incoming and out going money. Most of the people I do work for I have no trouble getting paid. I have one older gentleman that I do work for that I know has a hard time to pay. Most of the time I can float him til he has the money. My wife tells me to hold out til she gets her inheritance of prime ag land. With that rent money each year I wouldn�t have to push so hard. Thanks again! A lot of good people here to help!
