Good evening Bweb: I just happened to see the post, and comment about replacement carb. I have a Deere 212 L&G tractor, with 12 horse Kohler. I bought a carb from Amaz--- in spite of my own better judgement. I had to make up part of the throttle linkage, including using an old ball joint piece from a 9N. The Chinese carbs often do not have all the linkage you need (see You Tube). I got it started ok, and after a little adjusting, it has worked well all last fall and all mowing season this year. Cost was only about $20.00, seemed worth taking the risk. Just a comment from a bystander....
