Over the years there have been numerous posts on YT and a couple other tractor sites about hay rides and the like.Whenever the liability aspect is brought up its usually poo pooed as being silly and people just need to have fun etc etc.Those types things are nothing but lawsuits waiting to happen,bet the driver and the owner of the tractor,wagon and organization that put it all on will wish they checked out the liability issue a little better before getting involved.And the liability aspect is even more serious with minors involved.
