Give me your pros and cons of hiring weekend help to do things around the house/yard.
Yes I know how to hire licensed bonded and insured companies. But I am talking about a farm teen or a 25/30 yr old that does side jobs on the weekend. Might even include the guys standing on the curb in front of the box hardware every morning.
This will all be supervised work where I just watch and pay them to do the labor some of which will be skilled labor. I'm thinking $15 to $18 a hour should get me some help.
