GpL.... Seeing those peanuts on the wagon reminds me, several years back our neighbor raised some peanuts just to see if he could. They turned out well. We scattered them on a wagon to dry some. He and my dad also raised Holstein heifers together. He supplied the land, dad supplied the labor(me and my older brother) to keep fences up and cattle seen to. Anyway as anyone that has had the "pleasure" of having Holstein heifers around, they pushed the barn doors open and ate everyone of the peanuts they could reach only leaving a few in the center of the wagon! Just enough left for me to understand what you mean when you said do not eat green raw peanuts!
