Mine hurts pretty much all the time. Stabbing pain in my but and pain in my foot. Lots of different stretches and work out your core if you're up to it is the best thing I've been told. Nothing seems to help with mine. I have heard good things about inversion table but I have acid reflux so probably not a good option. Stretching is probably the best thing. Sitting to much or moving to much both hurt mine. I feel the best after a good nights sleep which seldom happens either. Hope you find some relief!
