Odd that this comes up now. I put in a full day plus last weekend getting firewood in. By Tuesday I could hardly move. Pain on the left side from the belt line almost to the knee. The worst was in the ham region. When I got to work Tuesday I could hardly get out of the car. I use a linament that heats up and avoid sitting for long periods when it flares up. I take tylenol arthritis for osteoarthritis in the left knee and that takes the edge off the sciatica but only the edge. Keep moving is all I can advise, and hope the weather doesn't stay cold and damp.
