At the 1st concrete plant I worked at years ago there was a sand pit about 30ft deep and about 150ft wide we quit using.The company then started using it to dump left over concrete plus old belting and whatever we wanted to get rid of at the time,solid block.Then we finished off the top and used it to park equipment.The company sold that plant about 10 years ago to a developer that wanted to put up apartments,they worked for weeks breaking up that chunk of concrete.
