The summer I turned 7, Dad thought if I was going to be with him all the time riding on his tractor, a farmall M, I should be getting something done. He bought a LA Case for me because he felt it would be impossible to fall off. I run that tractor for two years. Loved it. No turning brakes or power steering and hand clutch. Sometime in 1959 it dropped a valve and Dad traded it for a new MF 65. What a joy that was. Then in 1960 he bought a new Farmall 460 for me to run and my sister got to help on the 65. Dad was happy with his M Farmall.
