On Dec. 20th, I tried to post a reply. As I am new on the net, I must have goofed somehow, as I have not seen the post since. (vanished without a trace!!) Anyway, I may have some info you could use. I also own an unrestored Cletrac MG1, (military designation M-2 high speed tractor). The machine should have a 110 vdc belt driven generator on the right fender, a 2000 PSI belt driven compressor on the rear, and a storage tank for the air on the left fender. This is an ICC 2015 OXY tank, like in an OXY/Acet.welding set. (225 or 250 Cu/ft I think) I have several sources for parts, and manuals, as well as have a few extra parts. For instance, I have a 110 generator
that I have been holding for another guy. If I don't hear from him fairly soon, I will put it on the market.
If you have any interest in any of the above, drop me an E-mail, or leave an E-mail with a phone number, and we'll get intouch somehow. I hope I have been of some help. Tom Knierim, MVPA 555

Looking around at my new neighbors, most of whom are city raised and have recently acquired their first mini-farms of five to fifteen acres and also from reading questions ask at various discussion sites on the web it is frighteningly apparent that a great many guys (and a few gals) are learning by trial and error and mostly error how to use a very dangerous piece of farm equipment. It is also very apparent that these folks are getting a lot of very poor and often very dangerous advice fro ... [Read Article]
