Kevin; Just take a sample link to any farm store or equipment dealer. That style chain has been around since Christ was a pup. It is likely #62 chain. I went to local farm store when I built my firewood elevator and bought sprockets, drive and idlers, 10ft. rolls of chain, and a couple dozen spade links and made the chain assy, to suit my needs. All components were in stock on the display shelves. I broke the 10ft. rolls down into 13 link sections and added in a spade link and then another 13 link section etc. The tool is handy and I have one, but you don't need one.
