MY son's Jeep Wrangler has sat in the barn for about 16 years, now he wants to get it going and restore it. I got a battery for it and I think we can add fresh gas and it should start. The problem is that it had an external solenoid mounted on the passenger side inner fender and over the years someone took it off for another application. I remember older vehicles had the solenoid on the inner fender. It requires a 4 terminal solenoid. Batt , starter, then two small wires which I assume come from the ignition switch..where do these wires go on that solenoid ? Thanks for any help.
