I would think the company bought windstorm insurance just like we do for our property. Hurricane Hanna came through here last month. It knocked down power lines including a three mile stretch of high voltage transmission line just down the road. The line consisted of two three phase circuits on 100 foot (very tall) wooden poles. Crews, machinery, and many mud pallets were brought in to rebuild the line. This time they went in with concrete poles. Took them three weeks to rebuild that line.
