I just looked at it to get numbers which where hard to read. Model number appears to be 5080A. I could not read the serial number but it sits in a building with no light and my head lite did not help me much. I'd love to get it back up and running again and also wired up correctly. It has a 4 outlet box on one end and I think that maybe how some one rigged it up. Plus last time I did try to start it when I hit the start switch it did nothing
