Yeah, pull the plugs, crank it over a bunch. Water tends to cause hydraulic lock in the cylinders as it doesn't compress very well. Might have to pull the manifold to drain out the rest of the water. Make sure to check the oil. Can 'bout guarantee water may have gotten in there. Probably want to change it when you get it home. May want to have the tractor pushed onto your trailer so you can do all this in the comfort of your own shop. Less rushing around that way & you can give everything a more thorough inspection & cleaning.
