Just replied to your thread in the IH forum. Did you remove the sediment bowl and clean it and the screen out real good? You may have had crap in the bottom of the tank that got pushed to the bowl as it was running out. I have had minor issues at times with my 2424 pump, but never anything requiring replacement or repair in 30 years.
