Hello, the photo looks like it might be British. Not sure if any of these large 4WD tractors made it to the US but it certainly looks like. Muir-Hill make and probably a model 101. It is based on Ford running gear with I believe a Ford industrial engine. For many years I looked after the tractors that were used to launch boats off the beach in Porthcawl, South Wales.
