They make bat houses. I worked on the new Interstate 90 bridge over the Mississippi River near Lacrosse Wisconsin. The old bridge was home to thousands of bats and had to be tore down. Part of the contact stated that the contractor provide bat houses during the demolition, they spent eighty thousand dollars on bat houses to satisfy that contract. You hopefully can spend a little less than that. I would think that if you installed the houses before the project started it would help the transition a lot. Good luck.
