If it was just leaking, and the system has been closed, still best to replace the orifice tube and the accumulator. Replacing the condenser is also a plus.
But if the old compressor locked up internally, or was grinding/rattling (not counting the clutch bearing), the evaporator and lines need to be thoroughly flushed.
The system will need the correct type and amount of oil added per the instructions with the compressor, and the system vacuumed. The charge is done by weight (add up the cans if you don't have a scale).
Be very meticulous about getting everything back as it should be and keeping the system clean. Don't reuse or substitute orings. Do not over charge!
