I know metal has gone up but WOW! 20G for that seems real high? We had standing seem put on our house and garage 2 years ago, pretty complicated job with lots of valleys and a porch on backside plus a 24x30 detached garage not visible in the picture. They removed old standing seem and wood shingles underneath and hauled it away, total was 18K.
