Kinda reminds me of a Cousin of mine over 30 years ago. Had just had his W6 painted up by a professional painter. (The painter was a professional body man married to his neice.) Someone asked the price of it and he named some figure that he thought was high. Then the guy wanted to know when he could pick it up!
He ended up selling it to the neice's husband. And as far as I know, he still has the tractor, but not the neice for his wife any more.
But some things you just don't put a price on until you are ready to sell.
