Not trying to tell you what to do, just sharing a few thoughts that come to mind;
It would be quite costly to ship a complete seat so you are somewhat limited to either a local market or high end jobs that can justify the shipping costs.
A lot of the antique tractors people spend big money on restoring came with steel seats so no business there.
For the guys that are keeping an older tractor in day to day working order there are some pretty nice seats that can be bought at places like princess auto for what I would guess to be less than the cost of a custom re covering.
Even on this site you can buy a complete seat bottom for a Case 1070 for about $75 and an upper back for $40.
Have you considered doing quad and motorcycle seats, easier to ship and a lot of demand for them as most crack after a few years of weathering outside.
