Can�t conjer up a photo of it? I would say that is the only way anyone will get close on a value. If it is a fixer upper maybe you have to approach it by setting a dollar figure on the profit you want to put towards a tractor. Then estimate the repair cost and likely multiply that times a third because it always takes more than you plan for. Then set the price your willing to pay based off that. Sort of like buying a fixer upper car to resell at a profit.
