The points appear to be the same as a Ford 300 in line six, and likely some tractors. Compare them to Blue Streak FD8081. If so they should be able to look up the condenser for the same engine.
Not all distributors had dust caps. How does the cap fit on the distributor. If it sets tight to a locator and the clips snap on firmly, it may not require a dust cap.

One of these was discussed on the Massey Ferguson Forum a while back. Does the lower body look similar to this one?
