I know this is apples and oranges, have my uncles 90�s vintage 396 had the A/C clutch bearing go out short out the magnetic coil. This knocked out power to the clutch. The blower still worked, controls in cab roof and a set of fuses can�t remember where, but they were all good. Turns out it had a second fuse block down under the steering column which is where the fuse had blown. I figured it out but probably would have went quicker if I would have ask him for the operators manual.
