Billy, the company that was formerly Katolight is now called MTU Onsite Energy. They are still in Mankato Minnesota. MTU was owned by a German company called Tognum. Tognum owns Detroit Diesel. Tognum was consumed by Rolls Royce Power Systems from the UK. This is not the fancy car manufacturing company, but a massive power generation company with over 11,000 employees worldwide.
