You need to determine the width of your rim to know which tire sizes will fit. As for the actual width and diameter of the tire, you can find that information online, probably on the tire manufacturer's website.
An 11.2-24 tire has a nominal rim width of 11 inches. It is about 43 inches in diameter.
A 13.6-24 tire has a nominal rim width of 12 inches. It is about 48 inches in diameter.
Note that you can probably adjust your wheels to make them further or close apart. This is typically done by moving where the wheels mount on their centers, reversing the centers or both.
