A few I charge by he hour. Most want a price up front, which usually works out better for me. I did a job last week for 480.00 an hour. Hear is how that worked out. I was mowing a field next to the neighbor. I could see he attempted to mow his small area with a lawn mower, and gave up. He asked me to finish mowing his part.
