I'm looking for someone that has a 1950's era Gledhill Road Grader that could share some detailed pictures for comparison to the one that I am currently trying to resurrect. I have some questions regarding its original assembly configuration. My road grader does not have the original sulky wheels in the front as it has been converted to tractor drawbar hook-up. But something is missing. As currently configured, all of the load created during grading is put on a 5/8" dia bolt at the main pivot point in the front. The bolt that I removed was nearly worn in half due to the shear load.
Best I can determine is that my Gledhill Road Grader resembles a model 7A.
