You nailed it,fortunately in my area the local grown movement has been strong for the last few years several places I can get a beef killed and worked up.A lot of local vegetable and fruit growers here to buy directly off the farm from.Went over yesterday to a Mennonite owned greenhouse to get tomato and pepper plants,great plants at a good price and the place was packed.Of course people could also get off their butts and grow some of their own food too.
