Our local small town restaurant has done well in this situation. You phone in your order, they tell you what time they expect your order to be ready, then you show up and get in the line of cars to their back door. You make one more call to confirm your place in line, and when you roll up to the door a suited up worker comes out with your order and hands it into your car window. Payment (and tip) has already been made over the phone via credit card. The owner says the restaurant income has actually gone up with the dining room closure, and she has been able to keep her full staff employed.
