Well I commented on your rpm issue and as I said I built and pulled MH 44s for several years. Only thing I ever did that worked to some degree was fill the block with concrete. Pull the tractor to the start and make maybe one or two pulls before heat became an issue. What happens then is you get two thru pulls and you go back to the line and too hot to pull in the pull-off . Ran automatic transmission fluid as a coolant for some time and made that work but with a radiator. I do not know why you are trying to eliminate the radiator. Use an electric fan you can cut the draw or power loss.
