I have 150 acres here, and I have a guy who hunts it. He lives across the road, around the corner. I kind of inherited him when I bought one parcel. He is always cutting up fallen trees for me, he keeps trail cams up and helps me watch for trespassers. He is always offering to help. He sends me a thank you card every year. His wife has a degenerative disease like MS, or similar. He can hunt my place and be home in 5 minutes.
There is also a teenage boy on the east side my place that fishes it.
Both of them are great. I just ask that they text me when they are there.
Then there are one or two others who I have let hunt that I never hear from them except a week before season. They have worn out their welcomes.
