I was changing blades on a customers New Holland H7220 Diskbine. Looking towards the back of the mower I started on my left and proceeded to change blades. All went well until I got to the last two disks. There was interference of the blades. It appeared the last disk was out of time. removal showed that this disk is solid splined versus the others which are only partially splined to allow a shear if rock or other obstruction is hit. The owners manual does not sat a procedure for timing disks. Has anyone here re-timed the disks on this style mower? I don't really understand what is going on as none of the shear disks are sheared and only the last one (the drive disk) seems out of time. any ideas or details on timing disks would be appreciated Thanks, Andy
