Last week, between 10:30 to 11:00 PM, someone went onto the local Kubota dealer's lot and stole a new BX2230D. State police barracks are within view, just up the hill. They have been hit numerous times, the last one a few years back, they broke into the showroom and stole all the power equipment, all of it new Stihl. I was there that morning, the doors busted in, they had to park tractors in front of the doors until they could get it repaired. This is 2 miles from the house. I have added bright LED lights, cameras with motion detection. There's also the UPS chasers, stealing packages off your porch, night checkers seeing if they can get into your car, doorbell ringers to see if you are home, intending to break in if none one answers. Fun times for the honest folks who work for a living. Be great to pepper one of these clowns with rock salt.
AtV trespassers drove out of my place, onto the state road, right in front of NYS police back a week or so, I watched that and laughed. No plates on them either. They have more important things to attend to anyways, shoplifters and people fighting at the nearby Walmart. I ambushed 6 of them ATV'ers up on my ridge, snuck up on them in camo. Did so peacefully, but visibly armed at sling arms, took their photos, they could not take off quick enough. Never saw me coming through the woods, that was funny. I see they go all the way around now, they won't come in here and rightfully so, got to stay on top of them or they over run you. Tossed 14 of them so far, it's this lock down for sure, I get it.

I have been restoring old Farm Tractors for the past 6 years, and have found it easier and less expensive to hit all the auctions and purchase whole tractors for parts needed.
