I don't think they are this year, statement used to say about the banks but don't now. It sure is getting hard to conduct bank or any business now days. I had to go inside 3 banks last few days, had to call when I arrived they unlocked doors to let me in. I did dawn face mask for their comfort. A little crowded in the vaults of some banks and hard to keep the 6 feet separation. I always liked to pay in person at the courthouses and get the receipt in hand. Back when Mitch was out governor I had to go in Decatur Co. courthouse to pay taxes, she asked what she could do for me I told her I was supposed to give them money so the governor could buy 2 new Harleys!
