Open your start menu. In the search bar at the bottom of the menu type in "snipping tool". The program is probably already on your computer. I have to double click on the tool to open it and then double click on "new" to do a snip. Put your cursor at one corner of the picture, hold down the left button and slide the cursor diagonally across the pic. That should create a border around the pic. Then click on "edit" and "copy" and store it where ever you want. I am still using Windows 7 too even though I have a new computer with W 10. Don't have it set up to my liking yet.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo and video filesizes should be less than 5MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
