Hello Andy, welcome to YT! I realize you were likely doing a web search for info on your machine and the YT thread you replied to was in your results. A problem comes in since the thread you replied to does not come up for anyone else to reference. So, other than the title we have no idea what you are referring to other than the references you typed in. Today is your lucky day because I searched to find the thread and I will post a link to it. This is indeed the same way I became a regular on this site. The best thing you could do is search out a operating manual for your machine to reference. But short of that, in the Sep. 30 post vette99 posted a pic of the tag off the torque converter on his machine. In what I would call the lower right on the tag the paint removal looks to be uncovering the name of the Mfg of the component. If yours has the same painted over tag I would suggest getting some paint thinner and try to uncover what the ID tag says. If the paint thinner isn’t strong enough you may have to use some spray carb cleaner but be careful it may also remove the original tag printing. If you find out who made the component you may be able to get some info that way. There is also a ...Crawlers... forum on this site which might be a place to post to also post your question because the topics there seem to cover all types of dirt work equipment, but I don’t think the viewing traffic is real high there. Best of luck with your machine.
