Length of hair, or lack of it has no relationship to your brain, so all is well. If you want a uniform length of hair, take a 10 inch piece of PVC about the size of your vacuum cleaner hose connection, cut a 3/8" notch in it leaving 1/4 of the diameter uncut. place the notch away from the end for a distance that you want your hair to be long. Put the house vacuum hose on the end with some vinyl tape, and use the suction to pull the hair into the tube and cut it off to length in the notch. ear plugs are your friend, and it is harder to do by your self.
