Are you finding much in the way of F-20 parts in general? That should tell you something about the possibility of finding something as obscure as the crank starter return spring.
Really your only hopes will be finding a good used one off a parts tractor, or matching a generic spring from a source like McMaster Carr as others have suggested.
If you have the spring and it's relatively intact you should be able to get the important dimensions, outer diameter, wire diameter, number of coils. All you need is CLOSE.
